cc99 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players in Bangladesh

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cc99 ("cc99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cc99 website located at cc99.bar and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, placing a bet, or using any feature of cc99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

cc99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. Players may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and/or proof of address. Accounts will remain suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to open and maintain exactly one (1) account on cc99. The account must be registered using a valid Bangladesh mobile number that belongs solely to you. cc99 uses mobile number-based authentication; a valid Bangladesh mobile number is required for OTP verification during registration, password reset, and withdrawal confirmation.

• Registration is free. cc99 does not charge any fee to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password. cc99 recommends using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cc99 support immediately by live chat or email at [email protected].
• cc99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.
• Any winnings obtained using a duplicate or fraudulently registered account will be voided and forfeited regardless of whether the underlying game result was legitimate.

cc99 uses Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to complete identity verification at any time, including before their first withdrawal, when account activity flags a review, or when required by our compliance procedures. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by cc99 will result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

cc99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the cc99 platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer minimum is ৳1,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless cc99 authorises an alternative.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• cc99 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be paused pending verification completion.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your cc99 account balance. Contact live chat immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error, before any bets are placed using those funds.

cc99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independent of cc99. cc99 accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

cc99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus requires ৳20,000 in total eligible wagers before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless cc99 explicitly states otherwise in a promotion.
• cc99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the promotion is being abused or exploited.

5. Responsible Gaming

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the cc99 platform, including using cc99 as a conduit to transfer funds between parties.
• Opening or operating more than one cc99 account, including using another person's identity, a fabricated identity, or a virtual private network (VPN) to circumvent registration restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on cc99 to gain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive or offensive language toward any cc99 staff member or other player via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

cc99 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms. Decisions made by cc99 in relation to prohibited conduct are final and are not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cc99.bar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of cc99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of cc99.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written permission of cc99. Unauthorised use of cc99's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cc99 and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including interruptions caused by maintenance, server failure, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or account balance arising from technical errors, software failures, or cyber-attacks beyond cc99's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if cc99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content provided on cc99.bar, including game descriptions, promotional materials, or support communications.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

cc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by cc99, or provision of fraudulent, falsified, or misleading KYC documentation.
• At the request of the account holder, including self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat or email.
• Where cc99 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account represents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or third parties.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including both real money and bonus funds) may be forfeited at cc99's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach of these Terms, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any pending KYC requirements are satisfied.

10. Amendments to These Terms

cc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cc99 will notify registered players by posting a notice on cc99.bar or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the affected account. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is stated.
